Articles of Association of the Meeting

 

First, goals and tasks:

1,The 1915 Panama Pacific International Exposition Centennial Memory Activities,The First Global Culture Art Exposition,International Alcoholic Beverages Exposition and the awards ceremony will be held in December 2016 in San Francisco,US.Before early in September  2016 ,the reviews for the international primaries finalist  and exhibitions wil be held in China(The time and place prior notice ) . 

2,The awards ceremony of the top international specifications

The specifications of the award ceremony in US is not lower than the top international awards such as the oscars specifications.

Second, the work items and schedule

1, Globally oriented open Web site at http://www.1915ppiei.com to promote news release conference and exhibition, conference and of the propaganda and mobilization work.

2, Primary entries review,  the Enrollment and registration the for review, award ceremony and exhibition. 

(1) in March 2015 to June 2015, formulate the overall framework and operation mode;

(2) The confirmation for Enrollment and registration.

Since July 2015, notice and accept customers' enrollment and registration for the international primaries finalist until full without notice deadline.To complete merchant initial summary statistics; the international review committee  for primaries finalist to be established. 

Before the end of September 2016, the enrollment,registration and confirmation of the enterprises and products of participate in the exhibition, participate in the review for the United States San Francisco exhibition to be completed.

(3) the organizer: executive committee office.

3,To hold the review and exhibition of primaries finalists; announce the the review results and issue certificates of primaries finalists; issue the primaries finalists review show exhibitors  certificates  for not be selected candidatest .

4, awards and awards the exhibition, the awards ceremony

(1) Time: 12 December 2016-20 December 2016.

(2) Location: San Francisco, California, USA.

(3) The organizer: executive committee office.

(4) Participants: members of the organizing committee, the participating members elected of the  international jury , the invited guests and team, the representatives of the award-winning products and enterprises, the representatives of international media .

Third, The organization

1, The lead agency

the Organizing Committee to be established, to invite the United Nations, the United States and foreign government departments and relevant international famous enterprises and institutions to join.

2, The work organization

(1) The Organizing Committee has International Review Committee, is made up of international well-known experts and scholars.

(2) The Organizing Committee has Executive Committee.

(3) The Executive Committee consists of the Executive Committee Office, the office can be divided into a number of departments based on operational need, to be responsible for the widely collected, optimizing international enterprises at home and abroad, product exhibition, the contestant, is responsible for the overall scheduling and coordination, is responsible for the preparatory work and schedule control, etc.

Fourth, Award, a certificate and a prize-level settings

Adhering to the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition, set up 6 awards: the Highest Medal; the Medal of Honor; the Gold medal; Silver medal; Bronze medal; Verbal Recognition Award (with certificates , no medals).
