(1915) Panama Pacific International Exposition charter members

 

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1: Name

The (1915) member of the Panama Pacific International exposition.

Article 2: Purpose

To Improve the international reputation and international status of the membership and award-winning products ; To help members to develop the America market world recognized as the international forefront , demonstration and radiation global assist members for opening up and development of the international market, so as to expand the membership and award-winning products in the international market,position, fame and glory.

Article 3: Address

San Francisco, Los Angeles, California, United States

The chapter 2: Member

Article 4: members from enterprises, industry, the relevant units and organizations, voluntary association, orrecommend.

Article 5: the admission procedures:

(1)The applicants make an application for membership (published separately) and the provisions of the documents, certificates and other information to (1915)  Panama Pacific international exposition organizing committee (hereinafter referred to as theOrganizing Committee).

(2) the Panama Pacific international exposition organizing committee review, decide whether to approve;

(3) Applicants approved by the Panama Pacific International Exposition Organizing Committee issued a certificate of membership.

The chapter 3: The member rights

Article 6: With the right to apply sponsored or co branded the (1915)  Panama Pacific International Exposition for international or domestic fair of any theme in America or foreign.

Article 7: To organize international publicity, to promote innovation of product, process, technology,equipment, materials, resources, resources utilization and protection resources, energy and the environment.

Article 8: To organize international industry training, education and level assessment work.

Article 9: The supervision and inspection of the title the (1915)  Panama Pacific International Exposition exhibits and award-winning products quality.

Article 10: Add, suspension and withdrawal of voluntary and free.

The chapter 4: the obligations of members

Article 11:Implementation of the resolution by Organizational Committee;

Article 12: To complete the assignments of organization committee ;

Article 13: The payment of dues timely;

Article 14: Merger and / or rename the member enterprise and its legal representative and other changes in a timely manner to the Organizing Committee report.

Article 15: Member of exit shall notify the organizing committee in writing, and return the membership certificate.If the member is overdue a month of unpaid contributions, with notice to pay within the prescribed period expires without pay, regarded as automatic withdrawal, the membership right to be terminated,and should continue to pay contributions owed. 

Article 16: If members have a serious violation of law or / and in violation of articles of association or / and in violation of the agreement / contract behavior, organization committee to determine whether a hearing and delisting.

The chapter 5: Supplementary Provisions

Article 17: Organizing Committee is responsible for matters not covered in these regulations supplement and amend.
